Cass Plumbing’s Residential Maintenance Plan is designed to help protect your plumbing system, improve efficiency, reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns, and extend the life of major plumbing components throughout your home.
As part of your membership, you will receive a comprehensive 20-point plumbing inspection, including cleaning and tune-up service for major system components such as your water heater and water softener, helping improve performance, efficiency, and longevity.
When you purchase the Cass Plumbing Residential Maintenance Plan, you will also receive a FREE 20 oz. stainless steel tumbler.
Another valuable benefit of membership is that after-hours emergency service calls do not include an extra service fee.
What’s Included in the Residential Maintenance Plan
20-Point Plumbing Inspection
Our Residential Maintenance Plan includes a detailed plumbing inspection and system review covering important fixtures, components, and plumbing connections throughout your home.
Water Heater
Flush water heater once per year ($250 value)
Inspect valves, components, and piping
Inspect and adjust the expansion tank
Toilets
Perform dye tab toilet tank test
Inspect flush jets
Inspect emergency shut-off valves and risers
Inspect fill valve, flush valve, and tank lever
Inspect closet bolts and toilet mounting

Terms and Conditions
This maintenance plan is a yearly agreement covering twelve (12) consecutive months of service.
If additional service or repairs are needed beyond the maintenance plan, additional charges will apply. Any necessary replacement parts will also be subject to additional fees.
The maintenance plan fee is non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel before the end of the 12-month term, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments as they become due.
Cass Plumbing reserves the right to discontinue service due to:
Lack of cooperation
Multiple failed appointments
Failure to follow the agreed financial arrangements
