We found Steve very knowledgeable and able to repair the problem speedily and get our water back on without any problems. Service Magic Customer: Chris Champion from Cass Plumbing called me very soon after I placed my request for a plumber. He gave me a price up front and we set an appointment for the next day, which was Sunday. He called me before he arrived, arrived on time and fixed the plumbing problem within an hour. His attitude was great and he explained just what the problem was, took care of it, packed up his tools and left the kitchen clean and me a very satisfied customer. I will definitely ask for Chris at Cass Plumbing again.

Mark was the technician that preformed the services needed at my 87 year old moms home and we are all convinced he was sent from heaven. The technician, Chris, was prompt and throughout in evaluating the situation and providing a detailed estimate for replacement of the water heater. The appointment was scheduled late afternoon the day of his consultation and installation was completed the next day.

Lutz Customer: I had a major problem with a hose bib on the side of my house. It completely broke off a few hours before I had guests coming over for a Saturday afternoon barbecue. Water was shooting out uncontrollably. I heard about Cass Plumbing from a neighbor so I frantically called. The technician called me back within minuets of talking to an office staff member. He talked me through the steppes needed to shut off my water while he was on the way. He arrived within 15 minuets after our phone conversation and had me fixed and ready to go. Because of his friendly and rapid response I excepted his offer of doing a home inspection. I am so happy I did!
